Troubleshooting
I cannot hear any ring tone from the cordless speakerphone when there is an
incoming call.
• Make sure the speakerphone ringer volume is not set to the lowest level.
• If you have pressed MUTE ALL on the cordless speakerphone when it is ringing, it mutes the
ring tone of the speakerphone. The ring tone resumes on the next call.
• The speakerphone may be too far from the telephone base. Move it closer to the telephone
base.
• The layout of your home or office may be limiting the operating range. Try moving the
telephone base to another location, preferably on a higher location.
• If other telephones in your home are having the same problem, the problem is in the wiring or
telephone service. Contact your telephone service provider.

• The location of your telephone base can affect the performance of your cordless
speakerphone. For better reception, install the telephone base in a centralized location within
your home or office, away from walls or other obstructions. In many environments, relocating
