Note:
For IEEE1284 connection, change the port of the printer installed with the Plug and Play feature
to Advanced Port.
This operation requires Administrator Privileges.
Refer to "2.2 How to Get Administrator Privileges" on how to get Administrator Privileges.
a. Open [Devices and Printers], right-click the printer to be configured and select [Printer
properties].
b. Click [Add Port] on the [Ports] tab.
c. Select [SATOV6 Advanced Port Monitor] and then click [New Port].
d. Select [PARALLEL (LPT)] from the [Select port type] drop down list and click [OK].
