The following table definitions specify the standard delivered layouts of the
Nortel Quality Monitoring system databases. These tables are populated by
way of the user front ends installed with the administrator set of software.
The following table is called AGENT. This table is a collection of all of the
agents that Nortel Quality Monitoring will monitor. It uses information from
the TERMINAL, TEMPLATE, DEPARTMENTS, and USERID tables:
