Description
The host name of the Gateway Server. Status information appears
to the right of this field. Click the host name to view statistical data
related to the server you are monitoring.
If the host name is red, the server is not responding, which can
indicate a server software problem or system outage.
The server is unavailable if the host name is grey.
Indicates the current number of mobile client connections and
maximum number of connections currently handled by the server.
If the number of maximum of connections is exceeded, system
stability can be compromised.
The maximum number of connections is determined by the server
configuration, such as the CPU and number of server processes.
After the maximum number of connections is reached, the system
refuses further connections.
Indicates the current number of queued messages/maximum number
of queued messages currently handled by the server. The maximum
number of queued messages can be exceeded during periods of
network congestion. If the maximum number of queued messages is
exceeded, system stability can be compromised.
The maximum number of queued messages is determined by
the server configuration, such as the CPU and number of server
processes
A large number of queued messages can be caused by network
congestion. After the maximum number of queued messages is
reached, the system refuses further messages.
Indicates the current load on the server CPU expressed as a
percentage. The System Load calculated as a moving average of
the number of system processes that are using the CPU, waiting for
CPU time, or waiting on IO.
A system load exceeding 100% adversely affects system performance.
Indicates the current number of messages transmitted by the server,
expressed in kilobits per second (kbit/s) averaged over the preceding
minute.
Indicates the current number of messages received by the server,
expressed in kilobits per second (kbit/s) averaged over the preceding
minute.
