Checking Gateway Server statistics

Gateway Server statistic fields
Field
Description
OC
Indicates the total number of outgoing calls processed by the server for all registered
users.
IC
Indicates the total number of incoming calls processed by the server for all registered
users.
GC
Indicates the total number of group calls processed by the server for all registered
users.
LGI
Indicates the total number of log ons processed by the server for all registered users.
LGO
Indicates the total number of log offs processed by the server for all registered users.
DIR
Indicates the total number of Corporate Directory searches processed by the server
of all registered users.
SCR
Indicates the total number of call screens processed by the server for all registered
users. Calls are screened when they are redirected to an alternate contact location or
call handling point such as voice mail.

User status and statistics
This section describes how to use the MCG 3100 Web Console to monitor
status and track statistics for users that are registered on the MCG 3100.
The Users page in the MCG 3100 Web Console contains an overview
of the server processes and a detailed view of statistics.

Action
Log on to the MCG 3100 Web Console using the Administrator
username and password.
Click Status.
In the Gateway Server Status section, click the Host Name of the
Gateway Server for which you want to obtain statistics.
Check the Gateway Server statistics by using the field descriptions
in
Table 7 "Gateway Server statistic fields" (page
In the upper-right corner, click the x to return to the Status page.
