Log off users

Use the MCG 3100 Web Console to log off one or more users from the
system. For example, if a user loses a mobile device, you can log the user
off and reprogram the username and password on the ECS. The user can
log on again using a new mobile device.

Action
Log on to the MCG 3100 Web Console using the Administrator
username and password.
Select the Users tab.
In the Filter dialog box, type the search parameters that you want
to filter.
Click Filter.
The system filters the users on all fields. Alphabetic entries filter on
the User ID and Status fields. Numeric entries filter on the User ID,
MG, and Mobile Number fields.
You can also sort the list by clicking on the field headings in the
User window.
Action
Log on to the MCG 3100 Web Console using the Administrator
username and password.
Select the Users tab.
On the Users page, select the check box beside the users that you
are logging off.
Click Logout.
The selected users are logged off and their status is changed to
inactive.
