2. PANEL / REMOTE LOCK Selection Mode
2.1. Actions
Switch the PANEL LOCK and REMOTE LOCK modes between on and off.
• PANEL LOCK Mode (with Volume)
Disables reception from all keys and encoders on the front panel except the power button (including
the volume).
• PANEL LOCK Mode (without Volume)
Disables reception from all keys and encoders on the front panel except the power button and
volume encoder.
• PANEL LOCK mode is turned off
2.2. Starting up
While holding down buttons "ZONE2 SOURCE" and "TUNER PRESET CH +" simultaneously, press the
power button to turn on the power.
Select the desired mode using the "TUNER PRESET +/-" button, then press the "STATUS" button to
confirm.
2.3. Displaying and Selecting Each Mode
The information shown on the display switches each time the "TUNER PRESET +/-" button is pressed.
Press the "STATUS" button to set the currently displayed mode and restart the device.
The setting with " * " is selected for each mode.

FP/VOL LOCK*On
The buttons on the unit and the master volume knob does not function.

FP LOCK On
The buttons on the unit does not function.

FP LOCK Off
The PANEL LOCK mode is turned off.

RC LOCK On
The device cannot be operated by the remote control.

RC LOCK *Off
The REMOTE LOCK mode is turned off.
