6. Having trouble scanning reflective originals?
Make sure you place the reflective original on the upper scan bed properly.
From the Preview window of ScanWizard Bio, choose "Reflective" from the Scan
Material menu.
Uninstall and reinstall the ScanWizard Bio software.
