This feature allows you to set up To Do tasks that should be finished by a certain date. You can save up to
200 To Do entries.

To Add a New To Do Task

To add a new To Do task, the following settings are available:
To
1 Open the New task screen
2 Edit contents
3 Edit title
4 Set category
5 Set due date
6 Set priority
7 Set status
8 Set complete date
9 Set reminder

select "Toolbox" select "To Do")
Do this
Do one of the following:
• Press the Options menu key on To Do list and select
New.
• Press the SK1 (New) key.
Select Contents and press the Enter key. Enter contents of To
Do (up to 150 single-byte characters) and press the Enter key.
The first 32 characters from the contents are entered as a title
automatically if you enter nothing for the title.
To enter a title other than the above, select Title and press the
Enter key. Enter the title (up to 32 single-byte characters) and
press the Enter key.
Select Category and press the Enter key. Select the category
from Personal, Office, Study, Travel, Shopping,
Preparations, Sport, Housework or Other. Personal is set as
a default.
Select Date and press the Enter key. Set the due date and
press the Enter key.
Select Priority and press the Enter key. Select High, Normal,
or Low and press the Enter key.
Select Set status and press the Enter key. Select To Do and
press the Enter key.
Refer to To Edit To Do Tasks on page 154 for details.
Select on or off for the reminder. When this function is on,
e616 notifies on the date and time specified for the To Do
event. The reminder is set to on as a default.
