Security allows you to change the code number, PIN1 and PIN2, and turn on/off the dial lock, and start-up
lock function.

Description
Changes the PIN1/PIN2. Input the current PIN, the new PIN (4-8
numbers), and then the new PIN again for confirmation.
Settings: Change PIN1, Change PIN2, and PIN1 Activate
(enables/disables PIN1 code entry). This function displays PIN1
entry screen when e606 is turned on.
Note : PIN1 and PIN2 numbers are usually supplied with your
USIM card. If not, or you have lost it, contact 3.
Turns the dial lock function on. This function cancels any key
operation except emergency calls, answering a call by the Start
key, turning off the ringtune by the CLR key, rejecting a call by
the End key, pressing and holding the End key to turn e606 on/
off, earpiece volume control by the Up or Down key while talking,
and turning off the alarm by any key. To turn the dial lock function
off, press a number key and enter the Code Number. Refer to
page 86 for details on the Code Number.
Turns the start-up lock function on/off. This function turns the dial
lock setting on automatically when e606 is turned on.
Changes the Code Number required to confirm important
actions, such as deleting all contacts. This requires the Code
Number to avoid accidental operation.
To change the Code Number, enter a new code (4 numbers),
then enter the new code again for confirmation.
Note : When purchased, the Code Number is set to 0000.
