Useful Tips
For your PC, e606 is used as a "modem".
Enter "Q99#" for an access point number (APN). If service conditions are changed, use the AT
commands to change the APN. In this case, use a terminal software that supports AT commands (e.g.
Hyperterminal). Open a Hyperterminal screen, and input the AT command to set the APN in the following
format:
AT+CGDCONT=1, "IP", "APN".
"IP": Input as shown.
"APN": Place the access point number inside " ".
For example, when you want to set an APN of aaa.bbb.ccc, input:
AT+CGDCONT=1, "IP", "aaa.bbb.ccc".
After inputting the command, press the Return key. If OK is displayed, the APN setting is completed.
To confirm the current APN setting, input AT+CGDCONT?.
