5.3 Module/channel parameters

Description
The parameters are divided into three types:
• Module/channel parameters (data record 128)
• Parameters which determine the display of HART variables in the address space of the
module; HART mapping parameters (data record 130)
• System parameters (potential group, IO redundancy)
Note
With the exception of parameter assignment of the potential group, all parameters can be
changed when the CPU is in RUN.

Definition
Module/channel parameters are specific parameters whose configuration can affect the entire
module or channels.
