7. Select the desired setting for the option.
8. Select Save.
The Other Settings screen displays.
9. If desired, select another option to set or change and repeat the previous steps.
10. Select Close.
The main Tools tab screen is displayed.
11. Exit administrator mode.

Setting the Data Encryption options

1. Login as administrator.
2. Access the Tools tab on the UI.
3. Select System Settings > Common Service Settings.
4. Select Other Settings.
The Other Settings screen displays.
5. Select Data Encryption.
6. Select Change Settings.
7. Select On.
The Data Encryption screen displays.
8. Select Keyboard and from the Keyboard screen, enter the desired encryption key
password.
Enter a 12-character encryption key; the default encryption key is 12 ones
(111111111111).
9. Select Save.
The Data Encryption screen displays.
10. Select Keyboard again.
11. From the Keyboard screen reenter the same encryption key one more time.
12. Select Save.
The Data Encryption screen displays.
13. Select Save.
The Other Settings screen displays.
14. Select Close.
The main Tools tab screen is displayed.
15. Exit administrator mode.

Setting options for Encryption Key for Confidential Data

1. Login as administrator.
2. Access the Tools tab on the UI.
3. Select System Settings > Common Service Settings.
4. Select Other Settings.
The Other Settings screen displays.
5. Select Encryption Key for Confidential Data.
6. Select Change Settings.
The Encryption Key for Confidential Data screen displays.
