High Capacity Stacker (HCS)
Close the HCS front door.

Cause: Mix size, stacker full detection fault
Remedy: Perform the following:
Power Off/On the machine
If the problem still exists, contact the Customer Support Center.
Open the HCS front door.
Remove any paper from the stacker cart.
Close the HCS front door.

Cause: Stacker cart elevator motor fault
Remedy: Perform the following:
Power Off/On the machine
If the problem still exists, contact the Customer Support Center.
Open the HCS front door.
Remove any paper from the stacker cart.
Close the HCS front door.
