FTP Files onto the Meridian SL100
From the Meridian SL-100 switch:

Under "Software Downloads", the latest firmware files are listed, for example:
• M3902v8-0
• M3903v8-0
• M3904v8-2
• M3905v8-1
Click on the file that you want to download.
You will be taken to a page entitled "Software Downloads: Software Detail
Information".
In the middle of the page, the file name is shown, along with the Software
Family, Software Type, and File Download.
Click on the File Download that also displays the file name you want to
download.
A "Save As" window appears. Select where you want to save the file, and click
on "Save".
Note: Save the file to a server or a computer with shared file access.
To download additional firmware files, click on Customer Support on the left
side of the page and repeat the steps above.
After downloading the file(s), the file(s) must be located on a server or shared
computer that allows FTP of files. You can use one of several programs to
move the file(s), if necessary, such as WS_FTP Pro, ProComm Plus, etc.
Contact your network administrator for additional assistance on moving the
file(s).
This procedure is now complete
Identify the IP address to the server or computer.
a FTP Connection: FTP "xx.xx.xx.xx" <IP address identified above>
b Enter User ID: <If Required>
c Enter Password: < If Required>
d Enter Command: LS <Used to locate firmware file on server>
e Enter Command: lcd :/S00dpmld < s00dpmld or s01dpmld>
f Enter Command: binary
g Enter Command: lrecl '345'
h Enter Command: Get 'M3903v80.bin345' 'M3903V80'
Note: The second entry must be in upper case.
After download is completed, Enter Command: Quit.
Note: The file is now on SLM drive. Use Optivity Telephony Manager for Meridian
SL-100, 2.0 to download the files to the M3900 telephones.
