Highway/City Mode

Muting Mode

The ESD-9220 WX offers two Mute Modes; Auto
and Manual. To switch between these Modes:

reduced in volume after four seconds.

Automatically remembers settings of Display
Brightness, City/Highway, Muting, VG-2 Audio Alert
On/Off, Weather On/Off (including last received
channel) and Weather Alert On/Off settings.

unit will announce "Mute" for
Manual Mute and "Auto
Mute" for Auto Mute Mode.

Memory Set
Your Cobra® ESD-9220 WX
features an automatic
internal electronic memory
system. It will automatically
"remember" your settings
when the unit is turned
"OFF" or removed from
power source.
