SECTION 15
Additional Information
To find: Amps, Adjusted Amps, volts, Kw, and KwH.
• Navigate to the bottom of the Home page to find the Amps, etc.:
• Amps - Current Amps at which the VersiCharge SG is charging.
• Adjusted Amps - The position of the amperage adjustment dial inside the charger.
• Volts - Should be close to 208 or 240V.
• Kw - Power rate at which the charger is charging – controlled by vehicle.
• Kwh - Continuous register of energy that has been provided by this charger.
• Navigate to the Events page, bottom-center of the screen. Locally stored events may assist in trouble
shooting and may be useful to customer support. Note: The event tab displays the most recent events
captured by the charger. These events are only helpful when the charger is not connected to any cloud
and is not transmitting event data.
• Navigate to the Schedule page, bottom-left (next to Home) of the screen. Ensure there is no schedule
being executed for charging, when this should not be the case, i.e., if the user or the utility has not set
a schedule or event. Note: a schedule can be set locally on the charger.
• Navigate to the Meter page, bottom-right, the user can check if the charger has still been charging,
even though the charger may be disconnected from the network. Metering events are transmitted to
the cloud when network connection is restored, so this data helpful during a network outage.
