5.2 Charger not commissioned due to incorrect credentials

Request the customer log into the cloud account.
Verify the account is registered.
Verify the cloud account login/password information is accurate (be aware that it is case sensitive).
IF Customer cannot log into the cloud account.
Resolve the cloud account issue. (This is usually a password issue; use the Forgot Password link to update the password
THEN and login.)
IF Cloud account information is correct
THEN Check router plug and LED light. Plug should be firmly in the socket and the LED light should be lit.
Check the modem plug and LED light. Plug should be firmly in the socket and the LED light should be lit.
Check the IP address using the app, Fing or another IP address application.
Test router by connecting to the Internet and doing a search on a web page (i.e. Google.com).
Power cycle the VersiCharge (turn breaker OFF and ON), allow time for the system to reboot.
Connect to the web using VS-<last 10 characters of the Serial Number>.com. Note: This communication port will NOT
be available after commissioning.
Enter the pre-commission URL (https://commission.versichargesg.net) while charger is in AP mode and smart device is
connected to the charger's access point.
On the Charger Commission page, enter the requested information.
Review the information in all pages ensuring everything matches the VersiCharge cloud registration. Updates can be
made in their respective pages.
Update charger name/SSID passcode information or wireless network information in the Charger Network page.
Select the Submit button once all information has been confirmed; the VersiCharge should communicate with the cloud
and be successfully commissioned.
