VersiCharge Cloud Connection
Troubleshooting
The Wi-Fi LED on the VersiCharge will indicate that it is connected to the local Wi-Fi network, but does not
have connection to the VersiCharge SG Cloud. The Wi-Fi LED will alternate between colors following the
sequences described below.
Wi-Fi connected
to local WLAN
- Good Signal -
no Internet
Wi-Fi connected
to local WLAN
- Fair Signal -
no Internet
Wi-Fi connected
to local WLAN
- Weak Signal -
no Internet
The VersiCharge SG Cloud portal can be accessed by navigating to the website https://www.versichargesg.com.
Cloud account login can be used to view all chargers connected to a specific cloud account.
If the VersiCharge is not seen by the cloud it is 1. Not commissioned, or 2. Not communicating with the cloud.

Homeowner's Internet is down,
but the signal from the EVSE to the
