Overview

Automatic isolation systems need input and output
connections inside the isolation cabinet to send and
receive automatic signals.
Paint Trigger Input (PTI): The system relies on a
pneumatic paint trigger signal to know when to
dispense paint or start the refill process.
Electrostatic Request Input (ERI): The system needs
to know when the use of electrostatics is desired. With
this signal the system will confirm the request and
enable an electrostatic output if spray mode is active.
This signal connects the isolation cabinet and the
device that calls for electrostatics to be enabled.
Electrostatic Enable Output (EEO): When the
electrostatic request input (ERI) is active and the
system is in spray mode, the electrostatic enable
output will be active. This will signal the spray gun to
turn on electrostatics. This signal connects the isolation
cabinet and the device that will enable electrostatics
Low Paint Output (LPO): The Low Paint Digital output
provides a means to signal when the system is low on
paint and when the system has refilled. It is based on
the user adjustable "green on" and "red on" light tower
settings. The output is active when the red light is on
and stays active until the green light turns on. It remains
inactive until the reg light turns on again.
