Creating a New Group

Click on the [New Group] button and the [Group Management] dialog box will open.

Register the desired information and settings.
[Group Name] field: Enter up to 20 characters for the Group Name.
[Limit Sheet Max] checkbox and fields: Limits the number of prints that group can make during the
designated period.
[Belonging Users] list: Lists the users that belong to this group. To add or delete users from the group,
access that user's Properties (privileges) setting, and add or delete, as appropriate, access for that
user to this group.

Click on the [Enter] button.
