ANTIFREEZE PROTECTION

It will be possible to activate different types of antifreeze protections, the regulation of which may occur on the basis of the water or air temperature:
- exchanger antifreeze;
- system primary circuit antifreeze;
- system secondary circuit antifreeze;
- room antifreeze;
- DHW storage tank antifreeze;
The individual functions are described below.
4.13.1

EXCHANGER ANTIFREEZEE

Protection is related to the value read by probe B2 (system exchanger water output)
The involved resources are the system exchanger antifreeze heater - NO3 - and the primary system pump (Machine) - NO5 -
The purpose of this function is to protect the machine exchanger from the formation of ice by activating the protection heater and the pump, if off,
when the water temperature falls to a certain value, which can be set through parameter 0622.
It will be possible to set an antifreeze alarm: this alarm will activate following the same criteria as the heater, but with a dedicated parameter (0634).
Heaters are activated based on the function described below:
The function is also active when the unit is switched OFF: the pump will also be activated, at the maximum speed.
When the water temperature reaches a value of "0621+ 0622", the pumps will be switched off after the overrun time set using parameters 131J and
131M.
For the default values of the various parameters, see the parameters table.
