1.
Remove the four Phillips M1.6 × 2.5 screws (1) that secure the touchpad bracket to the computer, and
then remove the bracket (2).

Lift the keyboard cable off the top of the touchpad (1).
3.
Remove the protective tape from the touchpad (2).
4.
Lift the conductive tape from the top right screw (3).
5.
Remove the three broadhead Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (4) that secure the touchpad to the computer.
6.
Disconnect the touchpad cable (5) from the touchpad ZIF connector. The cable is secured with double-
sided tape.
7.
Remove the touchpad from the computer (6).
To install the touchpad, reverse this procedure.
