Fuel Valve Lever; Choke Lever - Honda EG5000X Owner's Manual

FUEL VALVE LEVER

The fuel valve is located on the carburetor. When the fuel valve lever is
in the ON position, fuel is allow ed to flow from the fuel tank to the
carburetor. Be sure to return the fuel valve lever to the OFF position
after stopping the engine.

CHOKE LEVER

The choke is used to provide proper starting m ixture w hen the engine
is cold. It can be opened and closed by operating the choke lever
m anually. M ove the choke lever to the CLOSED position to enrich the
m ixture for cold starting.
