Open the levers of the packet routing unit as shown in the figure below, and insert it into

the outer frame of a packet routing unit, and NIF might be damaged if you try to
insert it into a packet routing unit with its deformed outer frame.
Caution: When installing a packet routing unit into the device, open its levers as shown
in the figure above. If you try to install it with its levers shut or open too wide, its
levers might be damaged when being inserted into the slot
