2-4. INSTALLATION OF THE
EXPANSION BOARD (SXA-120)
. The expansion board SXA-120 (option) can be attached
to the SX-M700 and SX-M100.
Procedure
1. Remove the top panel. (Refer to section, "2-1.
REMOVAL OF THE EXTERNAL PANELS".)
2. Use cutting pliers to remove the connection portions
(six portions) where the blank plate is connected to the
rear panel.
3. Insert a CPU-188 board (SXA-120) in the direction of
the arrow.
4. Attach the connector panel using two screws "a" (PTP
2.6x6) supplied.
5. Fix the CPU-188 board using four screws "b" (PSW
3x8) supplied.
6. Connect the three connectors of the CPU-188 board
cables to the respective boards. Route the cable from
CN6 under the PS-364 board.
7. Bind the harness from CN6 together with other harness
with tie band.
