1-2. Board Installation
General Information
. Attach the board to the MAV-70XGI expansion slot. The
board needs to be attached to a lower empty slot.
MAV-70XGI (Rear side)
. Stick the slot label (supplied with the BKMA-7045) after
the board installation to prevent the incorrect insertion
when the board replacing.
. Do not open the slot to keep the air-cooled effect of
MAV-70XGI. Be sure to attach the blank panel to the
vacant slot.
. It is not necessary to adjust after board installation/
replacement.
Procedure
1. Turn off power switches A and B of the MAV-70XGI.
2. Remove the two screws of the expansion slot and
remove the blank panel.

Keep the removed blank panel.

3. Insert the BKMA-7045 into the expansion slot, and
then push the board levers in the directions of arrow
1 to connect the board to the mother board securely.

4. Secure the BKMA-7045 to the unit with the two
screws securing the blank panel.
5. Stick the label of the used expansion slot number
(supplied with the BKMA-7045).

When removing the board, push the board levers in the
direction of arrow 2, and pull out the board toward you.
