Volume is muted or

Press the Windows
key + i to open the
stylus calibration page,
then recalibrate the
stylus.
Press the reset button
with the stylus.
Pressing the
reset button will delete
unsaved data.
Adjust volume through
Volume & Sounds
Properties in the
Control Panel or
through the Voice
Memo application.
