The stylus is not
working properly.
The device does not
respond to taps or
keystrokes.
Cannot get sound from
device.
The screen is not
calibrated correctly to
interpret the screen
taps.
Device is locked up.
Volume is muted or
too low.
Press the Windows
key + i to open the
stylus calibration page,
then recalibrate the
stylus.
Press the reset button
with the stylus.
Pressing the
reset button will delete
unsaved data.
Adjust volume through
Volume & Sounds
Properties in the
Control Panel or
through the Voice
Memo application.
