10. To remove the hardware from the Flywheel (H), use the 15mm open
end wrench to hold the nut (J) on one side steady and remove the nut on
the opposite side with the 15mm socket and wrench. Set the hardware
safely aside.
11. Remove the Flywheel (H) from the Main Frame brackets (K) and the
Drive Belt (E).
Note: The Flywheel is heavy.
12. Remove the old Drive Belt (E) and discard it.
13. Hold the Flywheel (H) near the Main Frame brackets (K) and put the
new Drive Belt (E) in position on the Flywheel pulley (H1). Put the Drive
Belt in position around the Belt Tensioner (G). Be sure that the upper
portion of the Drive Belt is under the bearings on the Belt Tensioner.
NOTICE: This step may require two people.
14. Align the Flywheel axle in the Main Frame brackets (K). Hand tighten
the hardware on each end of the Flywheel axle.
15. Put the Drive Belt (E) onto the Drive Pulley (D). Make sure the Drive
Belt is aligned on the Flywheel pulley (H1), Belt Tensioner (G) and Drive
Pulley.
16. Before you fully tighten the Flywheel hardware, reattach the Belt
Tensioner spring (F) with the pliers.
17. Remove the cardboard from the Brake Assembly.
