1. Reseat the following components:
a. Media tray (see "Removing a media tray" on page 51)
b. CompactFlash module (see "Removing a CompactFlash module" on page
53)
c. Multiplexer expansion module (see "Removing a multiplexer expansion
module" on page 79)
2. Replace the following components:
a. Media tray
b. CompactFlash module
c. Multiplexer expansion module
