Unknown ID Job
This specifies the behavior for handling the jobs sent with unknown or unsent login user names or User ID. If the User
Login is set to invalid and Job Accounting is set to valid, follow the procedure when the Account ID is unknown.
The setting items are as follows.

The job is permitted to be printed.
The job is rejected (not printed).
Display the screen.

[Menu] key > [▲] [▼] key > [User/Job Account] > [►] key

Enter the administrator ID and select the [OK] key.
NOTE
Enter an ID consisting of between 1 and 16 numbers.
Select the [▲] or [▼] key to enter a number.
Select the [◄] or [►] key to move the cursor left or right.
The factory default settings for the administrator ID is set as 2100.

Enter the administrator password and select the [OK] key.

Enter a password consisting of between 0 (no settings) and 16 digits.
Select the [▲] or [▼] key to enter a number.
Select the [◄] or [►] key to move the cursor left or right.
The factory default settings for the administrator password is set as 2100.
Configure the settings.
