7. Release the ZIF connectors to which the following cables are attached, and then disconnect the
cables from the system board:
(1) Power button board cable
(2) TouchPad button board cable
(3) Fingerprint reader board cable
(4) USB board cable
8. Remove the two Phillips PM2.5×5.0 screws that secure the top cover to the computer.
NOTE:
through the opening (3) in the top cover.
9. Lift the rear edge of the top cover (1) until the left and right sides disengage from the base
enclosure.
