Bluetooth module
NOTE:
The Bluetooth module spare part kit does not include a Bluetooth module cable. The Bluetooth
module cable is included in the Cable Kit, spare part number 641830-001.
Description
Bluetooth module 4.0 EDR
Before removing the Bluetooth module, follow these steps:
1.
Turn off the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the
computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2.
Disconnect the power from the computer by unplugging the power cord from the computer.
3.
Disconnect all external devices from the computer.

Remove the battery (see

Remove the Bluetooth module:
1.
Disconnect the Bluetooth module cable (1) from the system board.
2.
Release the Bluetooth module (2) from the clip built into the base enclosure.
3.
Remove the Bluetooth module.
Reverse this procedure to install the Bluetooth module.
