Meaning of error codes

Error code

- Insert the drip tray.
- Close the service door.
- Remove the coffee grounds container and empty it.
- When the filter icon appears on the display, you need to replace the
Intenza+ water filter (see 'Replacing the Intenza+ water filter').
- If the display shows an error code, check section 'Meaning of the error
codes' to see what the code on the display means and what you can do.
The machine cannot be used when this icon is on the display.
- The lid of the bean hopper is open. Close the lid of the bean hopper.
Problem
The coffee grinder is
blocked.
Cause
The coffee exit duct is
clogged.
Possible solution
Clean the coffee exit
duct thoroughly with
the handle of the
multifunctional tool or a
spoon handle.
