POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Oil has gone bad
• The correct oil is not being used
• Fryer is filled above the
maximum level
• Wet food placed in hot oil.
• Stated quantities exceeded.
• Cooking temperature is too low.
• Basket is overloaded.
• Oil is not hot enough.

SOLUTION
• Replace oil
• Use only high quality oil.
Do not mix oils of a different quality or
type.
• Check oil level on the inside
of fryer.
• Dry food first.
• Do not fry food above the
weight indicated.
• Adjust the dial to the correct cooking
temperature.
• Do not fry food above the stated
quantities and weights
• Faulty thermostat. Consult Service
Centre.
• Wash potatoes thoroughly
and dry before frying.
• Allow the fryer to cool down,
fill with oil and press the reset button
that is concealed at the back of the
fryer.
• Choose cooking temperature.
