Possible Reason
•
Lid is open.
•
Timer is not set.
•
Too much food in inner
bowl.
•
Incorrect setting used.

starch in them.

Old potatoes used.
•
Not enough oil added.

Potatoes cut too large.
•
Food cooked with air fryer in
incorrect position.
Solution
•
Ensure lid is fully closed.
•
Use the + button on the
control panel to set the time.
•
Remove food from the bowl
and cook in smaller batches.
•
For even cooking select the
Dual Heat Mode button.
•
Wash potatoes thoroughly and
dry before frying.
•
Use fresh potatoes.
•
Add slightly more oil.
•
Cut potatoes into smaller
pieces.
Cook food in TILT position.
