5.1.3 Fastening the Throttle Cable
NOTICE
Do not kink the throttle cable or lay it in tight radii
– make sure the throttle trigger moves freely.
► Position the throttle cable retainer (13) and the
throttle cable (12) on the shaft
► Squeeze the throttle cable retainer (13). The
throttle cable retainer (13) engages in position
with an audible click
5.1.4 Adjusting the throttle cable
On control handles with slide:
► Check adjustment of throttle cable – see chap‐
ter on "Adjusting the Throttle Cable".

5.2 FS 220, FS 280, FS 290 –
Mounting bike handle with pre‐
assembled handle support
5.2.1 Adjusting and securing the handlebar
► Perforated strip on handle support (3) faces
operator.
► Loosen the hex head screw (1).
► Rotate the bike handle on the support (3) a
quarter turn counterclockwise.
► Swing the ends of the handlebar up.
► Tighten down the hex head screw (1) firmly.
► Push the handlebar to the left until distance
(A) is about 15 cm.
► Tighten down the screws (2) firmly.
► Remove the seven mounting screws from the
support (3) and take away the front part of the
support.
► Position the drive tube in the rear part of the
support.
