Broadcast
This feature is useful for sending the same document to selected parties (up to 20 entries).
First program the entries, then see page 33 for transmission.
The broadcast function utilizes stations 1–3. The one-touch dial function will be canceled.
a key 1 and 2 can accept one-touch dial and JOG DIAL entries.
HI key can also accept manual dialing entries.
Programming entries into the broadcast memory
Press DE.

Display:
2 For BROADCAST 1–2:
Press the desired a key.
Rotate n to select "BROADCAST".
Example:
For MANUAL BROADCAST:
Press HI.
Rotate n to select "MANUAL BROAD".
Press w.

Program entries.

Using stations 1–5:
Press the desired station key.
Example:
Using stations 6–10:
Press o, then press the desired
station key.
Using n:
Display the desired name and press w.
Using the dial keypad (only for MANUAL
BROAD):
Enter the fax number and press w.
Example:
To program other entries, repeat this step
(up to 20 entries).
