If you have difficulty sending an
overseas fax, activate this feature
before starting transmission. This

This feature allows you to take
advantage of low-cost calling
hours offered by your telephone
company.

take place up to 24 hours in

Settings How the unit operates
"ON": The unit will print the journal
ON
report automatically after every 30
new fax communications (p. 29).
OFF
"NEXT FAX": This setting is
effective only for the next
NEXT FAX
attempted fax transmission. After
transmission, the unit will return to
the previous setting.
"ERROR": When the previous fax
ERROR
transmission fails and you redial
the same number.
This feature is not available for
OFF
broadcast transmission.
The calling charge may be higher.
To send a document:
1. Insert the document.
ON /
2. Follow steps 1–3 above.
