E020-1260 displays because the Dustproof Shutter is not open
Symptom
E020-1260 displays while the machine is being installed.
- E020-1260: Abnormal detected patch reading value
Cause
Foreign substance [B] is mixed into the Dustproof Shutter [A] of cyan Laser Scanner Unit, and this prevents
the shutter from opening fully. [C] indicates the range of open/close shutter.
Service work
Check the Dustproof Shutter. Remove the foreign substances if you find any.

Symptom
E020-0360 occurred a few days after the replacement of the Bk hopper unit.
