Symptom
010A/010B jam occurs while the 3 Way Unit-C1 is being installed.
- 010A: First Delivery Sensor Delay Jam
- 010B: Second Delivery Sensor Delay Jam
Cause
The 3 Way Unit-C1 was installed without removing the Inner Guide [A]. So, the 2nd/3rd Delivery PCB
Assembly [B] touched the Inner Guide, and the chip was no longer attached to the board securely.
Service work
Replace the 2nd/3rd Delivery PCB Assembly.

Title
010C Jam Code occurs after installation of the 3 Way Unit-C1
Symptom
If paper is delivered to Tray C after installation of the 3 Way Unit-C1, a jam (010C) occurs.
- 010C: Third Delivery Sensor (PS30) Delay Jam
Cause
A harness extending from the 3 Way Unit-C1 was connected at an angle to a connector on the copier body
side, which deformed pins of the connector.
