SendPro Shipping Solution

Filing an insurance claim

You can file an insurance claim using the SendProOnline Shipping Solution. Please contact your
Pitney Bowes office for further advice.

Enabling Cost Accounts

Cost Accounts help you keep track of where you're spending your money on postage by allowing you
to assign shipping label costs. You can also assign a Cost Account for postage refills.
The Cost Accounts feature is enabled via the SendPro Online or PitneyShip solution. Please access
the SendPro Online or PitneyShip web application on your computer where you can also view Cost
Accounts information.
