Corrective Action
Change the quality setting. Refer
to
"Print Resolution" on page
Clean the nozzles. Refer to
"Cleaning the Ink Cartridge" on
page
24.
1.Open the Brady PrintHub.
2.Click on the Align Printhead
button on the Cartridge Utilities
Tab.
3.Follow on-screen prompts.
Clean the maintenance stations.
Refer to
"Cleaning the Ink
Cartridge & Maintenance Station"
on page
31.
Change the color matching
settings. Refer to
"Print
Resolution" on page
29.
Confirm that label supply is ink jet
compatible.
The image mode of the source file
may be set to RGB instead of
CMYK. This can cause the color
matching to be off. Change the
image mode of the original file, re-
save and reprint.
Check the resolution of the source
image and re-save with a DPI of at
least 300.
Replace with a new USB cable
that is six feet or shorter in length.
Open PrintHub > Printer Settings
and click on "View Status Dump"
to view the error.
