Timer Control with Power Start
When using the H5CL with power start, short-circuit the start input and input 0-V terminals.

The decimal point will flash on the present value dur-
ing the timing operation in the following ranges:
0.1 to 999.9 min, 0 h 01 min to 99 h 59 min, and
0.1 to 999.9 h.
