Ask customer about problems
·
Read out the infocounters, analyse them and clear
them afterwards
· Check visually the overall condition
·
Vacuum the inside and wipe it
· Clean opener mechanism
·
Check roller for visible wear and exchange if necessary
·
Exchange belt once a year
·
Check electrical function of safety switch
·
Exchange air filter
·
Remove dust and dirt
·
Check electrical function of the cPCI-Rack fan
· Clean grid of the fan and exchange air filter
·
Clean scan-rollers with ADC Cleaner
(do not remove!)
·
Check discharge brush and clean or replace it if
necessary
·
Check suction cups position, clean them with ADC
Cleaner and exchange suction cups once a year
