Uninstalling GARO Status Monitor

Follow the procedure below to uninstall GARO Status Monitor from a
Windows system.

On the desktop, click the Start button, point to Programs, then click
Uninstall GARO Status Monitor for GARO Status Monitor.

Click the OK button after the confirmation message is displayed.
GARO Status Monitor is deleted.

Click the finish button after the InstallShield Wizard complete is
displayed.

Uninstalling the LPR Port

Follow the procedure below to uninstall Canon LPR Port installed with
Windows.

Follow the messages indicated on the screen to uninstall the GARO
Status Monitor. On the Advanced sheet of the Printer Properties
dialog box, for "Print to the following port" select any setting other
than the "Canon LPR Port" setting.
For the CANON LPR Port, "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX@LP (Canon LPR
Port)" is displayed.

Mount the User Software CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive, then click
the icon.

From the File menu select Open, then execute UnInstLP.exe located
in the Lprport folder on the User Software CD-ROM.

Follow the messages on the screen to delete the LPR Port.
