Troubleshooting

Confirm the current selection for the Media Size. If the setting is not
correct, stop the print job, select the correct setting, then start the print job

Remove the creasing or curling then start the print job again.
Load more than 2 sheets wider than the smeared media, then perform
"Feed/Exit" on the operation panel.(ÆP.5-14)
When printing on plain paper, use the printer operation panel to perform
band adjustment with the "Band Adjust" item. (ÆP.7-34)
If the media loaded in the cassette is plain paper, follow the procedure
below.
1. On the operation panel, perform "LF Adjust" to print the line feed setting
pattern. (ÆP.7-37)
2. If the line feed setting pattern is printed with streaks, perform "Paper Adjust"
for each type of the media on the operation panel. (ÆP.7-40)
3. If the printer still prints streaks after performing "Paper Adjust", perform
"Band Adjust" on the operation panel. (ÆP.7-34)
If the media loaded in the cassette is not plain paper, perform "LF Adjust"
on the operation panel. (ÆP.7-37) If "LF Adjust" does not solve the
problem, perform "Paper Adjust" on the operation panel.
