Making, answering, and ending calls

Making a call

To make a call, press
number.
The screen displays the elapsed time as you talk (in hours,
minutes and seconds).
NOTE: Pressing
your local telephone service provider does not affect the
elapsed time.

On-hook dialing (predialing)

Enter the telephone number, then press
Press DELETE or
entering number.

Answering a call

To answer a call
Press
PHONE/
-OR-
Press any dial pad key (0-9, * or #).

Temporary ringer silencing

Press
OFF/
CLEAR
temporarily on that handset only. This turns off the ringer without disconnecting
the call. The next incoming call rings normally at the preset volume.

Ending a call

To end a call, press
PHONE/
FLASH
/FLASH to access services from
PHONE
/CLEAR at any time to make corrections as you are
OFF
or
SPEAKER.
FLASH
or MUTE while the telephone is ringing to silence the ringer
OFF/
or return the handset to the telephone base.
CLEAR
or
SPEAKER, then enter the telephone
