Remedy
Execute the instruction again after issuing
the PROGRAM AREA PROTECT CLEAR
command to the PC.
Check the file name and either interrupt
servicing or wait for servicing to complete
before re-executing the command.
Set or reset the registered table.
Close open files and re-execute the
command.

that it is set correctly.
Check whether the correct file name was
used.
Check whether the memory contents are
correct and replace if incorrect.
Check the contents of the file. A read error
may have occurred.
If the specified area is read-only, the write
cannot be performed. If it is
write-protected, turn off the write-protect
switch and execute the instruction again.
