    J97K 9.0 kW Guarantee For domestic installations, Mira Showers guarantee the Mira Advance ATLP against any defect in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase (shower fittings for one year). For non-domestic installations, Mira Showers guarantee the Mira Advance ATLP against any defect in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

    Operation 1. How Your Shower Works Hot water is produced by pumping cold water through a heating tank. The shower constantly monitors the following conditions: • The incoming cold water temperature. • The showering temperature. • The flow rate of water. •...
  • Page 7 2. What Affects Shower Performance? The shower's top priority is to keep the desired water temperature constant. To maintain this temperature, the shower may have to automatically change the rate of water flowing through the appliance. Any of the following conditions can cause the shower to change the flow rate (force of the shower) in order to keep the temperature constant.
  • Page 8 Thermostatic Performance To maintain thermostatic performance, the shower may override the selected flow condition. The selected flow indicated does NOT change. Continuous Operation (over 30 minutes) The appliance has a built in timer to prevent continuous operation. This feature cannot be altered and switches the shower off automatically after 30 minutes of continuous use.

    Only a competent tradesperson should remove the front cover. We recommend any maintenance work is carried out by a Mira service Engineer or qualified tradesperson. Reset the Shower This is the first solution to the appliance not operating (i.e. the reset light is illuminated).

    Maintenance User Maintenance - Cleaning Many household cleaners contain abrasives and chemical substances, and should not be used for cleaning plated or plastic fittings. These finishes should be cleaned with a mild washing up detergent or soap solution, and then wiped dry using a soft cloth. Note! If any of the button lights are flashing or pulsing continuously (in excess of 15 seconds) this may indicate that the button is stuck, this can be avoided by keeping the unit clean.
